This site complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Data Protection Act of 30 July 2018.

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the services offered:

• Newsletter signup: your email address, when you provide it voluntarily via the footer form.
• SaaS waitlist: your email address, when you provide it via the form on the thank-you page (after downloading the PDF).
• Usage analytics (only if you accept cookies): anonymized technical data via Google Analytics 4 — page viewed, language, device type, truncated IP.

No other personal data is collected. The site does not use Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any advertising/retargeting tools.

• Newsletter: to occasionally send you marketing/strategy content (maximum 1 email per month). One-click unsubscribe in every email.
• SaaS waitlist: to notify you when the SaaS version of the Digital Marketing Canvas launches. A single email at launch.
• Analytics: to understand how the site is used and improve it (pages viewed, languages used, download rates). No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

• Newsletter and waitlist: your explicit consent (GDPR article 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.
• Analytics: your consent, given via the cookie banner. No analytics data is collected until you accept.

Your data is processed by the following sub-processors, chosen for their GDPR compliance:

• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — newsletter delivery and waitlist management. Data hosted in the European Union. Brevo's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — anonymized usage statistics, only with your consent. IP truncated before storage. Google's privacy policy.
• OVH SAS — site hosting (server located in France).

No data is sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe (link in every email).
• Waitlist email: until SaaS launch, then deleted within 30 days after the announcement email.
• Analytics data: 2 months (Google Analytics 4 default).

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and a copy of it.
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format.
• Right to object and limit: object to certain processing.
• Right to withdraw consent: at any time, no justification needed.
